Where we Practice Bhakti Yoga, Opening with a Ceremony, Practicing Kirtan, and Ending with a Meditation.
Each Event is Unique in its Offering, and Guest Performers.
Ceremony!
We will share an Ayurvedic Tea, after a short practice of traditional yoga. like with any plant medicine, this Ceremony requires precise intention and respect. We open up our hearts with this beautiful drink and connection, to prepare for Kirtan.

When you take Sanskrit Mantras (Mind Tools/sacred sounds) and mix them with Community Chanting/Singing, add in Some Instrument and Set a Common Intention, This is called Kirtan. Also known as a form of Bhakti Yoga! Devotion to the Holy Art of Love. We Generate this Feeling from within Using Vibration and Sacred Mantras. The Throat Chakra Generates and Purifies with Vibration, Thus Syncing the Heart and Mind to work as a Singular Unit!
Sound Meditation!
The Unique Sound Meditations we share, are themed with the overall theme of the Gathering. Chanting is a Yogic Practice, a Meditation in Itself, and when we Create the Space to Receive, Magic Happens!
Nourishment!
We will be offering Ayurvedic Meals, and refreshments at the end, creating space to Connect and Share!
